In collaboration with Läderach Singapore, Geraldine created a hand-painted table scape for an exclusive Läderach chocolate appreciation workshop held in December 2025. Designed as a unique Christmas experience for ION Orchard's VIP members, attendees were treated to an intimate sharing and chocolate sampling session with Läderach Singapore's founder, Rachel, conducted over a chocolate grazing table inspired by a winter ski resort.
Using 'A Swiss Christmas' as the source of inspiration, Geraldine found that snow sports such as skiing and snowboarding formed the core bonding activity between family and friends during the winter festive season in Switzerland, where Läderach originated from. She conceptualized a 3-dimensional ski resort with 3 'peaks' as the main chocolate display areas, representing different ski slopes, and hand-painted skiers and snowboarders in the style of micro realism scattered around the chocolate landscape. Her intention was for the grazing table to be fun, whimsical, and interactive for diners, as opposed to a conventional seated dining table set up.
