Designed for a growing family of 5, this new 4-bedroom condominium apartment underwent a kitchen and living room refresh, featuring a study and music nook behind the living area, and an open-concept kitchen. A warm palette of wood and coral-orange fills the kitchen, with a consistent wooden laminate panel spanning the ceiling to envelope the living space, adding warmth and bringing cohesion to the multiple functional areas.
The balcony also sported an added layer of wood-printed tiles, and the home is predominantly furnished with textured layers in the form of a fabric sofa, woven leather pouf, staggered teak wood bookshelf, floor lamp, textured high pile rug , and outdoor furniture, all in a similar neutral colour scheme to minimize visual clutter.
